Dr. Koley is an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of South Carolina. His current research interests include (1) MEMS and NEMS sensors for chemicals, bio-molecules, and radiation; (2) micro- and nano-electronics; (3) scanning probe microscopy based material and device characterization; and (4) implantable bio-sensors. Dr. Koley received his B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, his M.S. from the University of Massachusetts, and his PhD. from Cornell University.
