Dr. Yu is an assistant professor in the College of Engineering and Computing. His research focuses on the design and fabrication of advanced functional nano-structures for applications in solar energy conversion, energy storage for vehicles, and energy-efficient mixture separations. Dr. Yu earned his B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University in China and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
