Jay Moskowitz, Ph.D. Dept. of Medicine/School of Public Health University of South Carolina Dr. Moskowitz is a professor at the School of Public Health and the Department of Medicine at the University of South Carolina. He is also the President and CEO of Health Sciences South Carolina (HSSC). Dr. Moskowitz has been a contributor to the health sciences industry for almost 40 years. He served at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Washington, D.C for the first 26 years of his professional career. Dr. Moskowitz earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Queens College in Queens, New York, and a Ph.D. from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
